Five Practice-based SATURDAYS on ZOOM  for practitioners who already have - are currently following basic training in Processwork - or have a strong calling to the work.

• More frequently unfold your client’s process from first principles in an experiential way rather than trying to “help, re-frame, re-name and focus on strengths and strategies with your clients etc. etc.”
• Watch the joy and satisfaction in your clients and in yourself expand exponentially when you work more from your own deepest Self and innate powerful style?
• Notice as you brim with energy and joy in your work, and life, and in the process become more and more magnetic to people.
• Connect on a regular basis; with a group of fabulous like-minded people (did I mention them already ???) while you train your awareness and attention, and your capacity to truly follow yourself and others deeply?

All of this within a workshop full of direct experience, case consultation, and live supervision facilitated by Susan and Rikki.

The Training Days

We will have theoretical training, working in pairs or triads, and guided inner work.

In the afternoons we will alternate between working with each other as “clients” in the middle of the group and receiving direct personal supervision, and working with Susan on a case that you are involved with.

The case may be an individual client, a couple, group, organisation, or an artistic or community-based project.

Your participation in the events in the group are completely voluntary and sometimes simply observing will be right for you.

Learning Material and Session Recordings:

All learning materials and recordings of our Saturday Training Days will be available to study on our private Group Membership platform on Membervault once we begin and until Feb 2025.

Training Fees (All incl GST)                         

Full rate if paid in one payment upon registration $1320

or 3-pay monthly scheduled credit card instalments of $451, automatically drawn.

About Processwork

About the Facilitators:

Dr Susan Hatch  is an internationally certified Process-Oriented Psychotherapist, and a member of the International Association for Process Oriented Psychology. She is a co-founder of Australia New Zealand Process Oriented Psychology.

Rikki Bandekow is an internationally certified Process-Oriented Psychotherapist, and an experienced counselling psychologist with a wide range of expertise including working with issues related to trauma, body symptoms, grief, depression, anxiety and relationship difficulties. 

She is passionate about supporting people to explore and find meaning in their lives; discovering what blocks us from living fully and developing strategies to clear the way forward.  Rikki also has extensive experience working with people on the Autism Spectrum. Who is this group for?

This supervision group is for therapists, psychologists, social workers, health care professionals, coaches, facilitators and those interested in supporting a more process oriented approach in their work with people, and with themselves.

This training is formally recognised for students in ANZPOP courses and may be used as continuing education for professional counselors and psychotherapists. Please check with your own professional body.
